At Opal Nose Rings, we want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and hygiene-sealed items. Please note that for safety and health reasons, body jewelry must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn jewelry in its original display box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the hygiene seal, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
